The Story
Unbeknownst to the Keller couple, their decision to join a local dodgeball league would lead to a thrilling adventure – both on and off the court. Newlyweds Briana and Chris Keller’s initial foray into competitive sports introduced them to some impressive wins, but more surprisingly, it also brought them one step closer to finding their perfect match.
In her own words, Briana recalls: ‘When I first joined my inaugural dodgeball league, I had no inkling that fate was about to intervene in the most unexpected way possible.’ The rest, as they say, is history.
The Wedding
In an idyllic setting, the Keller’s celebrated their special day at Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni, a renowned hotel in Lake Como, Italy. This iconic destination provided the perfect backdrop for a luxurious and romantic affair, with European wedding planner Georgia Louise ensuring every detail reflected the couple’s grand vision.
The ceremony and reception spaces were transformed into an oasis of refinement, boasting intricate florals, a rich color palette and opulent detailing that epitomized elegance and poise.
The Venue
As they exchanged vows amidst the serene beauty of the lake, the newlyweds and their 32 closest family and friends proceeded to an opulent reception at the esteemed villa’s grand salon. The luxurious venue boasts a world-class culinary experience, courtesy of Michelin-starred chef Ettore Bocchia, Maître d’ Carlo Pierato, and pastry expert Manuel Ferrari.
As the guests savored each exquisite course, they commemorated this fairytale wedding with memories to cherish and prepared for an unforgettable after-party.
The After Party
As the newlyweds took to the dance floor for their first official spin, Briana surprised her husband with a heartfelt serenade accompanied by her brother’s soulful guitar riffs. The grand ballroom was soon transformed into a lively party atmosphere, drawing in all of their closest friends and family members.
As the night wore on, the festivities spilled out into the open air, culminating in an unforgettable late-night swim in the lake, where the joyous celebration continued long after the sun dipped below the horizon.
