10 Dresses You Need To See At The Viktor & Rolf Ngv Exhibition

The National Gallery of Victoria recently unveiled its latest exhibition, Viktor & Rolf: Fashion Artists, featuring a curated selection of over 40 exquisite haute couture garments, 22 handcrafted porcelain dolls dressed in miniaturised couture, and never-before-seen tapestries. The exhibit also includes archival video and photographs that offer a unique glimpse into the creative process of these fashion innovators.

As we stepped into their world, we were struck by the beauty, imagination, and playfulness that Viktor & Rolf’s designs evoke. Having always been outsiders in the fashion world, they have consistently pushed boundaries through their ‘wearable art’ approach. In this Top 10 selection, we’re thrilled to share our favourite pieces from the exhibition, each one a testament to the duo’s innovative spirit and ability to inspire.
